Knife and Fork Pub & Restaurant - Cirencester, Gloucestershire

The Twelve Bells Inn is a traditional English pub a short walk from Cirencester's town centre and main shopping streets. It is run by husband and wife, James and Ruth Brown, long term Cirencester residents with great knowledge of the local area with many years experience in the hospitality industry.

The pub specialises in real ales with an ever changing selection from breweries large and small across the country but keeping a good local presence at all times. There are also fine wines, lagers, ciders, soft drinks, spirits and bottled beers.

The pub also boasts its own micro-brewery producing its own unique ales.

The menu is simple good pub food, prepared on the premises with locally sourced ingredients. It features all the classic dishes plus a snack menu for those looking for something lighter. There is a specials board which changes regularly with the seasons.

There is a traditional Sunday lunch which is very popular and with limited availability booking is recommended.

The pub has four separate areas where you can eat or drink depending on the atmosphere you are looking for.

The lively bar is always popular for chat and a drink; next to that the cosy front room with its log burner fills quickly. Go through to the library, just two tables and some easy chairs for a relaxing sit.

And, finally, into the back room with a table big enough for the larger group to sit round together.

Outside there is a sunny colourful garden with plenty of seating.

Something for everyone.

Car parking is limited but the Forum car park is only two minutes walk away and on-street parking is available at off peak times (please check the notices).
