Knife and Fork Cirencester Ales Brewery

Steve and Carole purchased the Twelve Bells in April 2010, after it was closed for a 4 month period.

Between April and September 2010 the pub was refurbished to its present condition and it re-opened on 17th September. Since that time the lawn area to the rear and the Brewery building at the end of the patio have been created.

Our first pint of Bells Bitter was brewed in September 2012, a medium, smooth, malt brown bitter, brewed using Maris Otter and Crystal malt, torritied wheat with  Target, Goldings and Bramling Cross hops. With such fine ingredients, no wonder it's a great pint to drink. With an ABV of 3.8%.

By the end of the year we hope to have a Blonde Ale and seasonal ales - watch our hand pulls.

Why not take home our beers in 2 pint containers or 36 /72 pints for that party night; we can also supply a hand pump upon request. Furthermore, other beers, ciders and lagers are available in all sizes and if needed we can supply a full bar service and staff, please ask for more information.

If you would like to view our brewery please ask Steve or Carole.
